Cindy Underwood

Cindy Underwood joined Hamilton & Associates in 2025 through the firm's merger with Henry & Company, LLP.   Cindy began her public accounting career in September 1998. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of North Georgia.  Cindy has a passion for helping businesses with financial reporting, as well as preparing corporate, partnership, and individual returns with attention to the financial goals of both the business and its owners.  She is a native of Dahlonega, Georgia, and a member of Yahoola Baptist Church.  Away from the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and serving families in her local community.
